We get many requests from students and graduates looking for advice and work experience. We have put together an article with advice and tips for you and you can download the handout here.
If you read our statement of ethics, you'll see how much we value people, and this includes our team of Associates.
At the moment, we do not have positions available, although this can change as business develops. Over the years we have worked with:
- Qualified CBT practitioners
- Psychologists (across all sectors and BPS divisions)
- CAAPs (Clinical Associates in Applied Psychology)
- Counsellors
- Psychotherapists and related professions
- Coaches (particularly with a well-being focus)
Working for the Craigie Partnership is an exciting opportunity to be part of a caring and professional team. However, it's not right for everyone, and once on board with us, we are very loyal to our Associates - meaning that we are careful to ensure our team doesn't grow too big, which can lead to internal competition, which we don't believe helps create a happy and supportive work environment.
Our Associates are self employed practitioners, recognised in their own professional spheres as being competent to practice. They need to have their own professional indemnity insurance and to be registered with the HMRC. We support Associates with CPD, peer supervision and provide rooms, marketing and administrative support. Some Associates will work for other organisations on a part-time basis (e.g. the NHS), and as long as there is no conflict of interest, we are happy to support this.
While we are not actively recruiting at this stage, if you've read this far and like what you hear, please send a CV with a tailored covering letter to This email address is being protected from spambots.
